HOW TO BOOK

- Select your destination
- Select your arrival and departure dates
- Select the type of room you require
- Click the 'search' button

You can search for
- Hotels
- B&Bs
- Farmhouses
- Apartment Complexes- Apartments

You can refine your search according to your preferences
- Select your preferred category or search all categories

List hotels by
- Price
- Name

Search for a hotel
- near universities, monuments, stadiums, etc.

Click the book button for the desired hotel to go ahead and book, or view the site by clicking on the photo or the name of the hotel.

When you click the 'book' button you will be asked to
- Fill out the form with the booking information- Agree to the treatment of your personal data by clicking the 'proceed' button- Check that all data inserted is correct- Click the 'confirm' button- Print the booking voucher to present when checking into the hotel.
As well as the voucher displayed on screen, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a link allowing you to access the control panel and view or cancel the booking if you need to.
Your personal data will be used exclusively to carry out the booking.

CANCELLING A BOOKING

There is no charge for cancelling a booking within the specified period.
To cancel a booking within the period specified in the confirmation
- Click on 'my bookings'
- Type in your login name and password
- Click on the 'cancel' button relating to the booking.

The cancellation will be displayed on screen and you will receive e-mail confirmation of the cancellation.

Etineris.net does not accept cancellation requests by e-mail. Cancellations must be carried out using the online procedure

CHANGING A BOOKING

It is not possible to change a confirmed booking.
If you wish to do so, you will need to cancel the booking and make a new one.

CREDIT CARDS

Credit card data is only requested in order to guarantee bookings. Your card will only be charged by the hotel if you cancel after the deadline specified in the confirmation or if you fail to arrive.
Etineris will not make any charges to your card. You will pay the hotel directly for your stay.
Your credit card data will be transmitted using the SSL encryption system to ensure its protection.
