The appartments are situated in the centre of Rome, in the most historic part of the city. Only minutes walk from the underground and with easy access to the airport. Location could not be more ideal. Its a great starting point to access the main historical, cultural and wonders of Rome. (the collosseum, the vatican, spanish steps, venetian square, trevi fountain) The rooms are very comfortable with air conditioning, private bathrooms, tv/internet and are very spacious. Prices may vary depending on the season you visit and a full list can be found below varying from low to high season from left to right.. Double room €80,00 / €100,00 / €120,00 Triple room €100.00 / €120,00 /€145,00 (2 rooms for 4 persons costs €180,00) Low season 01 August to 31 August (left) Medium season from 8 January to 1 March, 6 November to 21 December (middle) High Season from 01 March to 30 July, 01 September to 5 November, 22 December to 07 January (right) Included in the price is clean linen and cleaning of the rooms.During the period of christmas, new year and easter prices may increase in the region of around 20%. Children below the age of 3 are free and have no additional charge. Please note that we will not hire the rooms to different groups to make your stay more enjoyable, Upon check-in we give you the keys for the entire stay and you will be able to come and go as you please.
